Perishable Goods and Shipping Policy

By placing an order, you acknowledge that El Camino Green Sauce is a fresh, perishable food product that must be kept refrigerated. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Perishable Product

Our green sauce is made fresh and ships as a perishable item. It must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.

Tracking and Delivery

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information. You are responsible for monitoring that tracking and ensuring someone is available to receive the package. Once the carrier marks your order as delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to you.

Prompt Refrigeration Is Required

You must retrieve your package and refrigerate the product promptly after delivery. We are not responsible for any product left outdoors, exposed to heat or sunlight, or not brought indoors and refrigerated in a timely manner after delivery.

Carrier Delays and Conditions Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or any spoilage resulting from circumstances outside our control once the order leaves our facility.

Refunds and Replacements

Because this is a perishable food product, we do not offer refunds or replacements for spoilage caused by delivery delays, customer unavailability, or failure to refrigerate the product promptly after delivery. If your order arrives physically damaged or leaking, contact us at [client email] within 24 hours of the delivery time shown in your tracking and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review these cases individually.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address where you can promptly receive and refrigerate perishable goods. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
